Glow With Banana Juice

Bananas are great food for all round protection. For an average person, athletes or those placed on diet, bananas juice may provide greater benefits than most fruit juice.

7 pieces of banana
3½ cups water
1/3 cup sugar
Preservatives (optional)

Wash the bananas. Peel and cut the flesh into tiny pieces.

Add 3 cups of water to the blender and grind until it forms a smooth paste.

Heat ½ cup of water in a pot and add the sugar. Boil until the sugar completely dissolves in the water. Mix the sweetened water with the banana juice.

Pour in a colander to remove the shaft.

Add little potassium metabisulphate to act as a preservative and pour in the glass cup.

If using the preservative, let the banana juice sit for one week in the refrigerator before drinking it. If not, drink within a few days so that it doesn't have sour taste.

Serve chilled.
